Devine Wine Tours offers private charter driver services for wine and brewery tours in the Margaret River Region.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

By the Guest:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the tour date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 7-14 days prior will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days prior will not be eligible for a refund.
By Us: We reserve the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

Conduct: Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect local laws and customs.
Alcohol Consumption: Consumption of alcohol in our vehicles is prohibited by state law.
Damage: Any damage caused by a guest to our vehicles or partner venues will be the financial responsibility of the guest.
